Privacy Policy

The honest summary: this site couldn't sell your data if it wanted to, because it never receives any.

What This Site Knows About You

Nothing that identifies you. There are no accounts, no forms that submit anywhere, no advertising trackers and no cookies set by the site's own code. The one third-party service in use, Google Analytics, is described below.

QR code generation

Everything you type into the generator is processed by JavaScript running on your own device. The text, WiFi credentials, email addresses and phone numbers you enter are never transmitted, logged or stored by the site.

Analytics

The site uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate visitor traffic, such as how many people visit and which pages they view. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes usage data according to Google's own privacy policy. What you type into the generator is never part of that measurement, and the site itself does not collect names, emails or accounts.

Local storage

One preference is saved in your browser's localStorage: your light or dark theme choice, if you use the theme toggle. It stays on your device, is never transmitted and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.

Server logs

The hosting provider that serves these pages may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, requested page and browser type) for security and operations, as most web hosts do. The site itself does not access or analyze those logs. They only relate to fetching the page, never to what you type into it.

Third party services

Google Analytics, described above, is the only one. If advertising were ever added, the ad provider would come with its own policy and this page would be updated first, so you would know before anything changed.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published here. Since the site collects nothing, there is very little that could change.
